Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in and accessing the Miss Pi Maths Year 11 Advanced online maths course ("Course"), you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Service Agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in immediate termination of access.

Access Termination
Access to the Course will end on 1 December 2025. After this date, you will no longer have access to the Course materials, and any account associated with the Course will be terminated.

Single-Device Access
You are permitted to log in and access the Course from only one registered device. Switching between devices frequently will trigger security measures that will restrict your access.

No Sharing of Login Credentials
Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials (username, password, or any access details) with any other person. Any unauthorised access detected will lead to immediate suspension of your account.

No Third-Party Viewing
The Course content is for your personal use only. You may not allow anyone else to watch, view, or access the Course materials, whether by screen-sharing, in-person viewing, or any other means.

No Sharing of Course Materials
You must not share, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise make available any course materials, including but not limited to:

• Video lessons
• Homework questions and solutions
• Topic tests and explanations

Unauthorised distribution or sharing of course content in any form will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

Monitoring and Security
We monitor account activity, including but not limited to:

• IP address tracking
• Login location data
• Device usage patterns

If we detect any suspicious activity that violates this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account without refund or prior notice.

Enforcement of Terms
Violations of this Agreement will be taken seriously. If any breach is detected, we reserve the right to terminate your access without refund and pursue legal action if necessary.

Modifications to Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Course after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
